A bliss-filled retreat that includes yoga, meditation, plus two or more hours of traditional Thai massage each day! Enjoy personalized yoga instruction, meditation guidance with Zen and Tibetan influence, and amazing traditional Thai massage. We will round out our daily schedule with some quiet time, lectures on spiritual topics, and discussions inspired by Masters of Zen and other traditions including Dogen Zenji, Nagarjuna, Shanti Deva, and others. Plus Karl always adds some fun surprises like partner yoga and overtone chant. After this unique retreat you will not only feel refreshed, but you'll also take away new insights and knowledge for your yoga practice and effective massage techniques to share with loved ones at home!
